Service Description

The key to long-term wellness is through gaining empowerment to take an active role in your own wellness. Your participation will be supported in the days following your session with an email check-in, extending your experience. One-class commitment dates include: Morning Sessions: Wednesdays 9:30 am | Sept. 14, Sept. 28, Oct. 12, Oct. 26, Nov. 9, Nov. 23 Evening Sessions: Mondays 6:30 pm | Sept. 5, Oct. 3, Nov. 7 The key to building long-term wellness is through gaining empowerment to take an active role in applying regular, restorative self-care. In this ultra-nourishing, nervous system resilience-building practice class I help you: Begin, build and maintain mindful self-care practices; Recharge and promote replenishment and balance for the body’s internal systems and natural capacity for health; Experience heightened inner-awareness and restorative states through myofascial release, mindful stretching, prop-supported positions, meditation and visualization; Feel successful and safe practicing stillness, silence and non-judgmental inner-inquiry; Learn how restorative practices impact your nervous system and long-term wellness; Change your relationship to relaxation and stress-responses; Feel inspired and encouraged to realize greater success in tending to regular at-home self-care; Must be comfortable moving around along the floor Single-class commitment offered 3 times monthly 75 minute class Suitable for anyone looking to learn to feel safe in their body, increase inner-listening skills, refocus the mindset regarding old injuries and current conditions, and those especially desiring to learn and experience simple practices for promotive and preventive health. Must be comfortable moving around along the floor. Session participation limited to first 10 students registered with payment.
