To make that choice you’ll need to step out of the past. You’ll need to let go of your

grievances in order to choose the miracle of your gift to the world. Letting go of your grievances doesn’t devalue what you’ve been put through, it gives YOU the power over it all.

For help with this, during your seated or walking meditations try repeatedly reciting this mantra for a number of minutes:

Om Nama Shivaya

This mantra is associated with qualities of prayer, divine-love, grace, truth, and blissfullness. Recitation over aa period of minutes - practiced routinely - calms the mind and brings spiritual insight and knowledge. Traditionally, this is a powerful healing mantra beneficial for all physical and mental ailments. Soulful recitation of this mantra brings peace to the heart, and joy to the soul. Many Hindu teachers consider that the recitation of these syllables is sound therapy for the body, it's nature to call upon the higher self.
