What sets this program apart:

These expertly guided practices are for you if:

  • You're a woman 50+ and want to move with less stiffness and pain

  • You may also identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and are looking for teaching that aligns with your lived realities and identity

  • You want access to a consistent but flexible, guided home well-being routine without confusion or complexity

  • You have been taught to think the idea of yoga is to progress through increasingly challenging poses and sequences, and that it's for a specific demographic and level of fit and flexibility

  • You're tired of searching for and trying yoga videos or studio classes that don't fit your body, your needs, or your schedule, or feel helpful or restorative.

  • You want noticeable results with one class, with the option to return more regularity to increase your physical, emotional and mental capacity and capability

  • You want to develop and nurture a home therapeutic well-being routine that can be easily ritualized as part of your existing habits, without the pressure to step foot into a yoga studio or gym

  • You have recurring movement limitations, are moving less, or slowing down, and you want a low-maintenance, low-demand, regularly available experience from a trusted professional where you feel results

  • You want to learn a sustainable and low-demand well-being practice that calms a tense, tight and tired body, solves movement deficiencies, and holds space for slowing down the nervous system and taking a peek within, but haven't found what you're looking for in standard yoga studio classes

  • You want a relatable teacher who demonstrates yoga therapeutics with their own movement challenges and brings expert-level knowledge of applied anatomy, movement-science, clinical therapeutic care, teaching meditation, application of therapeutic massage and the psychology of growth & self-care.

  • You have left yoga classes wishing you had video guidance to practice along with at home or you have quit yoga all together.

  • You value privacy, discretion and confidentiality when participating in an exercise program. Online sessions have a camera-free option, recordings feature only the teacher, and your participation will not be turned into social media content.

  • You'll have access to some basic equipment to complete the exercises, namely:

    • Internet access for your laptop, tablet or other mobile device (desktop computers work too)

    • a yoga blanket (or 2)

    • 2 yoga blocks

    • a yoga strap

    • yoga bolster or dense, supportive cushion

    • 2 round therapy balls or tennis balls

    • a yoga mat with a sticky grip (not squishy support)

    • blank wall space

Feel relief in a single practice. Build resilience with consistency.

Is Online Yoga Effective?

The Advantages of Virtual
Well-Being Sessions

Let’s face it—there’s a lot of skepticism about practicing yoga, meditation & relaxation online. Without a teacher in the room, how can it be safe? Will it be personalized? Can you really make progress from your living room?

The answer is YES—if the practices meet you where you are, honor your limitations, and support your personal growth. That’s what Unwind & Restore Yoga Therapeutics for Nervous System Support is designed to do.

Practicing virtually offers unique advantages, especially for adults with movement limitations, joint replacements, persistent stress, time constraints and those who don't feel seen in standard yoga studio settings. You’re in your own space, able to move at your pace, and you can pause, repeat, or adapt the sequence anytime. That sense of agency alone can be deeply empowering. There’s no need to compare yourself to anyone else in the room—because the room is yours—and the teacher is holding space specifically for you and your lived realities from her own relatable truths.
